Welcome to our blog. Youth of Choice - YOC is an emerging youth movement of choice for social change and a pioneer in innovation for social change with sustainable and high impact programmes.
We give young people a chance to become positive role models in society, regardless of gender, disability, ethnicity, social background or religion. Through outreach projects, educational campaigns and support programmes, we help create opportunities for young people to bring social change in communities affected by violence, poverty and disease.
A team of Change Agents from all sectors of society support YOC. As role models, these volunteers inspire the youth and raise awareness about the Youth of Choice internationally. Our aim is to engage key decision-makers from the government, business, international agencies, civil society and the media to further ensure every young person benefits from our high impact programmes.
Each month, we reach about 500 young people through regular programmes, special activities and events. This is made possible by our partners and volunteers.
